Wow, it's May already, how time flies! We've got more great blog posts and topics to feature this month. After lots of user requests we've done a page curl component. Add a new video and audio player component and there you have some great content you can immediately drop into your Flash movies. All for free!

Tutorials

This month we have one more episode in our scripting series and a few blog posts which demonstrate the use of new components.

Scripting #5 - Objects
This lesson discusses Objects but also contains a great sample showing how to make a bubble float and bounce around your movie.

Easy MP3 Players
Use these components to add a slick music player to your web site. You can load any standard MP3 file and easily specify parameters to display track properties, such as the title and artist.

SWF Video Player
This new component will give your viewers the ability to control the animation in your SWF movie just like they would any other video file.

Paper curl and fold
Everyone has noticed those Flash page curls advertisements, but I bet you never thought it'd be this easy to add to your Flash movie?

Anatomy of a Whiteboard
If you’re new to SWiSH Max2 and Flash you may not realize it'possible to dynamically draw objects (lines and shapes) through scripting.

A Magnifying Glass
This SWiSH Max2 project demonstrates how to make a magnifying glass effect that allows a section of an image (or movie clip) to be shown in 'magnified' detail.

Piano in Max2
Learn how to make a piano keyboard or just practise your rendition of chopsticks.

Make a Vista sidebar gadget
This is an interesting way to put your Flash skills on a desktop.
