In my opinion, this is the best method to use ...
First, open your movie in SWiSHmax. When
you are happy with your movie and are ready to export it ... Use the File
Menu -> Select Export -> Export SWF (by itself) ...
export it to the folder you'll be storing your HTML page in on your hard
drive.

Next, use the File Menu --> Export -->
Copy HTML to Clipboard

Next, open your HTML page in FrontPage 2002®
.... Click in the area - single left mouse click - (table cell,
layer, paragraph) where you want your movie to go ...
From the Edit menu in FrontPage
2002®,
select "Paste Special" (you may need to expand the
Edit menu if that option does not appear in the initial drop-down)

You should then be presented with a "Convert
Text" window - with several options ... Select "Treat
as HTML"

This will either place a blank object in FrontPage
2002®
- or it may begin playing the movie. You can then save your HTML file
from FrontPage
2002®
- into the same folder that you placed your .SWF file in earlier.
Again, this is the best method in my opinion -- why ?
... because it maintains the physical dimensions of your .SWF file (height
and width) - along with other settings you specified on the Export panel
in SWiSHmax.
The second method ...
Make FrontPage® do all the work!
Again, export your .SWF file from SWiSHmax
Open FrontPage
2002®
and select the area that you want the movie to appear in ... Use the Insert
Menu (in FrontPage
2002®)
and select "Web Component"

In the 'Insert Web Component' window that appears, scroll down
on the left side (Component Type) and select "Advanced Controls"
at the very bottom.

You should now see "Plug-In" on the
right-side of this window ... select it and press "Finish"
at the bottom.

You will then get a "Plug-In Properties"
window ... click on the 'Browse' button next to Data Source and select
the .SWF file that you exported earlier.
Note: It is important that you manually
enter the width and height of the movie.

Finally, click the "Ok" button on the
Plug-In Properties window after you have selected the .SWF as
the data source - and you can save your HTML to the same location that
you exported your .SWF file to earlier.
That should be it - unless you have multiple SWF files
to add, in which case - just repeat the steps outlined above!
