Answers to a few common SWiSH Max3 purchasing questions:

What happens after I buy online with a credit card?
When you submit your purchase form you'll receive an email message from Worldpay:
- a 'Thank you, you've paid' email from shopper@uk.worldpay.com
This is a confirmation that WorldPay.com has received your details,
it is not a confirmation of sale. SWiSHzone.com then receives an authorisation
from WorldPay and based on that advice we process your payment. If your purchase
transaction requires special attention we will send you a 'SWiSHzone.com Sale Pending
Authorisation Notice' email.
When the sale is successful you will receive two more emails:
- a 'SWiSHzone.com Sales Receipt' email from autoresponder@swishzone.com
- a 'SWiSHzone.com Unlock Instructions' email from autoresponder@swishzone.com
In the unusual circumstance that your purchase was not successful you
will be notified with a single email:
- a 'SWiSHzone.com Declined Sale Notification' email from autoresponder@swishzone.com

What happens after I buy offline through BMT Micro?
If you purchased offline through BMT Micro you will receive
- a confirmation email from customer@bmtmicro.com
Followed by two emails from SWiSHzone.com
- a 'SWiSHzone.com Sales Receipt' email from
autoresponder@swishzone.com
- a 'SWiSHzone.com Unlock Instructions' email from autoresponder@swishzone.com
Do I get a CD with my purchase?
No, all SWiSHzone.com products are available by download only.
How do I unlock my software?
All SWiSHzone.com software shows an unlock dialog whilst the product is
in the trial period (or if the trial period has finished). In most cases you
can press 'Unlock' and follow the prompts to unlock your software. When
prompted for the registration email use the email address you submitted when
you purchased the software.
What do I do with the Unlock Key you sent me?
Please follow the instructions here.
What do I do if I lose my Unlock Key?
Your records are saved securely in our database. You can generate another Unlock Key
periodically at the
Unlock Key Page. If you have any trouble please

What is a Single User License?
A Single User License entitles you to run your SWiSHzone.com product on two
non-concurrent machines: a home machine and an office machine.
Do you offer different license options to accommodate multi-site
installations?
If you have more than 10 licenses at any one site, and depending on the
product, we can usually offer a Network installation which can reduce the
inconvenience of maintaining installations on separate machines. A Network
License entitles you to run your SWiSHzone.com product on a local area network
(Win or Novel5&6 LAN). Please

What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. Please
